To preserve the vibrant flavor and aroma of our dried ginger, store it in an airtight container in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. This will help retain its potency and freshness, ensuring that every use delivers the full punch of ginger's bold flavor. Proper storage will also maintain its natural color and aroma for an extended period.

We source our ginger from farms that practice sustainable and organic farming methods. The ginger roots are hand-harvested at their peak, ensuring maximum freshness and flavor. Once harvested, the ginger is dried using natural methods to lock in its essential oils. Our dried ginger is 100% pure, free from any artificial additives, preservatives, or chemicals.

We ship all our products from Goa through trusted courier partners like India Post, DTDC, etc. Consignment tracking number will be shared over email once the order is dispatched. Order usually takes 1-2 business days to process, and 5-7 business days to deliver. All International orders are shipped via India Post and take 15-20 business days to deliver. Shipping charges will be calculated at check-out.
